Terms of Use

1. The service

Planted Maps is a free map of vegan and vegan-friendly places with navigation, reviews, photos and lists – in the browser and as an app for iOS and Android. There is no entitlement to any particular availability or feature; we may change or discontinue the service at any time.

2. Map data and navigation

Place data comes mostly from OpenStreetMap and our community. Opening hours, vegan options and addresses can change – please double-check important details on site. Navigation is a guide only: always pay attention to traffic, signs and road conditions, and don't handle your phone while driving.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16, provide truthful information and keep your password secret. You can delete your account at any time.

4. Your content

You are responsible for your reviews, photos, lists and suggestions. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to display, store and technically adapt (e.g. resize) this content as part of Planted Maps (website, apps, share links). The right ends when you delete the content or your account. Accepted place suggestions become part of the map data.

5. Rules

• Only honest reviews based on your own experience – no fake reviews, no reviews in exchange for benefits, no reviews of your own business or competitors.
• Only your own photos or photos you hold the rights to; no recognisable people without their consent.
• No insults, hate speech, spam, advertising or illegal content.
• No automated scraping and no overloading of the service.

6. Moderation

We may remove content that breaks these rules or the law and suspend accounts. You can report problematic content in the app or by email to hello@getmind.io.

7. Liability

The service is free of charge. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations, limited to foreseeable damage. We give no warranty for the accuracy of place data or third-party content.

8. Final provisions

German law applies; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. We may update these terms and will announce material changes in good time. Contact: hello@getmind.io.
